I've been recently having problems with the voip in Arma 2. Some people I can hear just fine, while others I can't hear at all. I can hear some people over direct but not over global and vice versa. I have acre and ace installed but I don't run them as expansions as playing. Any help?
Have you tried without any addons?

Not sure about Arma 2, it has been ages since the last time i played that, but if you're speaking of "Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead", then there were some issues with VOIP in conjunction with SelectPlayer command, so you should try one of the recent betas (at least 92612 says it has been fixed).
If that doesn't help, you could try checking your firewall and/or router settings, etc., but i guess thats the first thing you tried already.
