I really want to play this game, but when I went to systemrequirementslab.com it said I could not run it. However, I downloaded the demo of Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead and they both worked as long as I lowered the quality just slightly. I am okay with having to do this. Therefore, if I can play the demos, can I play the full games?

Please, at the very least, check the forum you are posting in for similar threads already made. You then would have found this sticky thread in which you could have posted your question instead cluttering the forums.
I also suggest you read the forum rules again you have agreed with just a few minutes ago. We do not allow non-descriptive thread titles like "Please help":

Thread titles such as "How in the world do I...", "Need help!" or "Will we ever see..." are anything but descriptive. We do not allow these kind of titles and threads with such titles are subject to be closed.
