Looking for a vehicle spawn mod on ARMA 2 OA MP

Hello,

I've been looking for a mod that can spawn a vehicle infront of you. My friends and me are just making fun at the armoury, but not all the vehicles are spawned there and we just need to spawn some. We need to restart the server until we have the vehicle of our choice. It'll be very helpful if you can reply to this.

Does someone has a proper ARMA CO launcher for the mods, almost all the mirrors i click are outdated.

EDIT: I kinda suck at this. I've tried with some hope and it said that CBA MAIN is needed to run the mod.
