how do u sound like u r on the radio when talking?

Got the game last week and i was watching youtube videos and i see some groups that when they talk it sounds like the are actually on the radio? i know its a add on but cant find any instruction on how to do it? i would really like to add it to my game and make it sound more real.

Not quite sure what you mean exactly. Either it is about the built-in VoIP or some external apps like Teamspeak3 or Mumble, or you're looking for A.C.R.E.
