BiStudio Store Problem

Myself and a friend both purchased Arma 2: Combined Operations - Steam Edition from the store.bistudio site. Immediately afterwards we both received a number of e-mails confirming our purchase. However, my e-mails contained a section for the "Serial Number" which I could then enter into Steam but my friends e-mails do not. I told him to look at his account page on the website but he has the same problem. The Serial Number section is missing.

We both paid using PayPal and both received the same order updates saying the status had been changed to "Paid/Confirmed". My friend has contacted the stores support site but heard nothing back from them. Is this a common problem and can anyone advise and what can be done to resolve this?

I received one email about this and a CD Key has been issued, if you or anyone else placed a Steam order through our store and something went wrong please follow the support procedure with store.bistudio.com and you're welcome to follow up with myself also
