Well, couldn´t find anything, but I remember it was discussed right after the "Stratis Teaser" trailer when they shown the "bad ass walking" animation. Someone said that the old ones (safe animations) will be back and I pressumed that would also apply to running'n'gunning. After all, it would be strange to see the tactical pace "stance" in open fields.
@Reload anims: They can cover a large range of weapons if they make anims for the most common plataforms such as M16/4/416, AK/RPK, bolt action, pump action, bullup rifles,MP5, M14 and MGs. Same goes for pistols\PDW. "Unusual" weapons like the P90, PP19 and...I don´t even remember anything else, would suffer, but its a nice tradeoff.
Well where did you get the idea that the tactical pace was the only stance/movement? And where did you get the notion that the "bad ass" walking stance was the only low ready/safe movement stance? There will be movement animations similar to the current A2 ones I'm sure. Doesn't mean that they will be the same. If anything, those old animations will be available to madders. The revs said they haven't taken anything away. Meaning that there are normal stances and animations. It's not just tactical pace/badass walking. In other words, you wont be forced to use tactical pace in an open field, or any other area for that matter.
From the lack of videos showing "normal" ones, except for the ones too dated to be considerated at this point. And from your own reply pages back:Well where did you get the idea that the tactical pace was the only stance/movement?
Hmm... looks like just a wording problem.Where'd you hear that? Would that not defeat the purpose of having a new animation system with new anims?IIRC they said that the old animations will be in, toggleable. Anyone can confirm?

Second to last guy is walking using a different stance than the "bad ass" stance.
Yes, it's a "normal" low-ready stance, too.

You can clearly see the soldier lit by the blue chemlight is in a stance that is different than the tactical stance. NOT that hard to see.

So, why you didn't answered my question in the first place to avoid all this dragging?
