How to check for inoperable tanks

Normally, I am using "this and ! alive unitname" to check if a soldier isn't alive anymore, but now I noticed that this doesn't really work with Iron Front tanks- as a tank is only dead if he totally exploded (which doesn't happen that often in IF). My question is, what else should I use to see if a tank is inoperable? I.e. crew exit or is dead or the tank can't fire anymore, etc. Anyone can help me with that?

    try "locked", "canMove", "canFire"

If I remember correctly, there is a special command to query the status of a tank but I can't remeber the specific command and sytax. Maybe it will show up in the IF wiki in the near future: http://wiki.iron-front.com/index.php/Main_Page
