After look a the game think yes it can be modded, what the problem is there is not CBA: Community Base Addons from dev-heaven.net for it, not so much as a Server keys for addons most keys are for server, to use so every one are using same mods and there not other mod flies loading, That the idea of keys.
so modder need to be looking for CBA: Community Base Addons , cba_A2 ,CBA_OA, CBA_TOH,now we need CBA_IF.
