    Problem downloading from BI store

    Hello,

Does anyone have experience purchasing games from the BI store? I purchased Arma 2: CO and paid with my credit card. I recieved confirmation on e-mail but I can't find a link to the download! Where do I find the link to download the game? Searching the internet I heard about using an installer called Sprocket but I can't find anything about this on the store homepage.

Hope someone can help me, thanks in advance

Go to your account on the BI store website. Select the game you bought and in that screen you should see a downloadlink to be used with or by the Sprocket downloadmanager. Also you should see a link to a http mirror (I believe that is at the bottom of the text).
If not contact support and ask them to check your account.

Click on "Account Maintenance" on the left side of your screen. This will take you to a page where you can download the games you have purchased from Bohemia Interactive's store.
