IP address range ban

Hello, my IP address is dynamic and it sometimes changes to IPs which are banned by this site (which I assume is based on spambot zombie PC registries). Could you please unban my IP range? I can only access this site by luck sometimes if my current IP is not banned.

And how should we know which IP range to unban? Might help a lot if you would tell us the affected IP range(s).
