Bulldozer stops responding/Freezes on launch - Help needed

Hey, everyone - I am using Vistor 3 for the first time tonight and I keep running into a problem.

I am running into the problem of bulldozer freezing and then getting a windows error - This Program has stopped responding.
Forcing me to shut it down.

I have Operation Arrowhead and ARMA 2 Installed via Steam.

I really cannot figure out what is going on.

Could Someone help?

Running the v2.5 of the BI TOOLS

OS - Windows Seven
Ram - 4 GB
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 @ Ghz
