Cursor dont move smoothly when using Razer mouse

I have tried reducing the acceleration to 0 but the mouse still moves like it's jerking a bit when i moved it. makes it really hard to aim for enemy since it will skip a few pixel when moving.

I have tried moving the mouse really slow but still the same. But it works fine when i use a normal mouse.

It happens for OFP and resistance.

Did you try reducing mouse sensitivity in Windows settings?

Try to disable vsync in your graphics card driver suite and set a maximum of 3 pre-rendered frames. It helped me in that situation.
