    Smile help me in synchronize

    Can I synchronize my missions on Arma II Free if not
    Is there a program help me to synchronize
    and synchronize means making scenario
    I swear by Almighty God to be dedicated in serving the nation and to defend his possession and protection of legitimate institutions and its gains of each risk or internal or external aggression and to respect the laws of the State and do my job with honor and trust in full obedience and discipline to keep Tunisia free and strong forever forever forever forever

    uhm making a scenario is called Editing.
    you find the Editor in single player mode at the bottom - you can find just about all info you need to edit missions / scenarios under this link and this link
