BattlEye not responding

Hi i have been having this problem with BattlEye ever since i got this game. What happens is when i try to join a server (normal multiplayer or a DayZ server) i get kicked almost straight away. The game says Kicked: BattlEye client not responding. Does anyone know how to fix this issue as i cant figure out what's causing it. I have tried reinstalling BattlEye but that didn't help.

Another thing is that i got combined operations off steam. The normal Arma II installs BattlEye just fine but when i try to do it on the Operation Arrowhead one nothing installs. So i tried copying the BattlEye folder to the OA steam folder but his did not help aswell.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Client not responding: This can happen if the server's or your connection times out for quite a while or breaks up completely. There is no real solution other than ensuring that you have no problems with your internet connection.

You can download the newest battleye client dll from http://www.battleye.com/downloads/arma2oa/BEClient.dll for ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead. For ArmA2 use this, http://www.battleye.com/downloads/arma2/BEClient.dll

Make also sure that you are running your game as administrator.
Also make sure that your firewall or router are NOT blocking battleye from communicate.
