Blue Screen of Dead

I was a huge fan of Operation Flashpoint and I just bough ARMA - Combat Operation, I want to play all the ARMA games.
But I get the blue screen of dead every time I run the game. Any ideas???

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 945
Meme RAM: 3.25 GB
Video Card: MSI R6570 2GB DDR3 DirectX 11
OS: Windows XP Professional

Clean install with latest patch? Have you tried to update DirectX & your graphics drivers?
