I have just finished downloading ARMA 2 on Steam and after everything setup and I started the game it said: Bad serial number given at setup...
I don't know what to do, I've already tried to run steam as Administrator, and that didn't help. So if anyone one has any other ideas or solutions to this problem, it would be most appreciated.

1. restart STEAM
2. change download content server in STEAM settings
3. restart PC
4. start STEAM via "run as administrator" menu option (right mouse button option)
remember this problem is caused by STEAM

Also start arma first via steam before you start it via pictogram or something else.
