Steam DLC Installation Issues

I can't play the DLC for Take on Helicopters in steam. I've verified the game cache a few times now, and it doesn't work.
On play I choose either Windowed or Fullscreen mode and then recieve:

You have no access rights to install the application.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


---------------------------

---------------------------
Setup encountered an error.
Application may not work properly.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Then it launches into normal TakeonHelicopters w/o DLC (though jre does load.)

Any help?
Windows 7x64
TOH 1.05.90506

tried start STEAM via "run as administrator" (right mouse on the STEAMclient icon)?

I just downloaded Hind via steam and the instal was ok. But I can't see it in game? Have I to add something to my command line as for an addon?

Edit : Problem fixed.

I too am having this problem, i downloaded the DLC Hinds from Steam and when to install and got this message:

0% Setup. You have no access rights to install the application.

I have checked integrity and ran steam as Admin, still not working. Anyone able to help?

1. exit STEAM client
2. right click on STEAM client icon
3. choose "Run as Administrator"
4. try start Take On Helicopters again
if that fails
5. verify file integrity of Take On Helicopters
when done
6. start Take On Helicopters

HINDS install is clearly noticeable, it will ask You to approve license before Take On Helicopters start continues

Same problem here. After i installed Hinds, it dont work. I will reinstall ToH. I hope it work then. I never had problems with this game until yesterday buying Hinds. 12,99 Euro for nothing then...
