Just returning from Decin, Czech Republic, Usti nad Labem county I found this on my cameras SD chip.

Wow we really need a proper summer chernarus. That countryside is beautifull.
Town is the wrong term...the village of Lipova is so tiny and most Houses and Farming building are ruins, only a handfull of people seem to live there. When I walked beetween the ruined farming buildings I startled a flock of roe deers out of the bushes. The place looks almost deserted in RL. While sharing the same layout and topography Stary Sobor and Lipova can't be compared...the reality is far more worse than the game world.

Hm... the pictures where taken on 6th of September just one week ago that within the time of the year frame the map is made to represent.
You can also see what I think of as a water pumping building which is also on the hill of Stary Sobor.
Yes right. I tried to find a good spot on that hill but there is much more vegetation RL...here is nearly the same spot in game.
and RL again for comparison.

You can also easily see that the terrain was stretched a bit to make the chernarus map a bit bigger...Lipova is by far not as big and stretched compared to Stary Sobor
