Is it just me or is Graves (Undercover) unable to put down any satchel charge
or timebomb?

To try this out, go into the editor, select Graves (Undercover), then
in the initialisation : this addmagazine "pipebomb"

and see that he does the animation but doesnt put down anything?

No mods.
