Scenarios........ PLEASE HELP!!!!

I need to explain alot so you all understand the problem fully so please bare with me. I down loaded LK Nuke Script, I tried making it work and it didn't, well in editor when I made a mission some how it saved and went over to Scenarios and it's in that list now and I can not find the mission pbo. I went to my documents and deleted all saves out of the saved folders. I then restarted the game and the scenario is still there. I can not find out where it is located. I was curious if there was a way I could go in and delete the mission from my scenarios from a list of scenarios? I can not locate any file and I haven't found much on the issue from the internet. Please help anyone. I do not want to re install the entire program.

Well nevermind, just reinstalling everything.
