THE LONG ROAD
Hello all. I would like to present to you all my first uploaded mission The Long Road. It is a single player mission based on small unit covert action in Normandy. It uses the i44 mod and the bet_addons to place you in control of a small four man Brit commando unit dropped behind enemy lines to disrupt and destroy. It presents several targets of opportunity to be destroyed as you see fit though your main goal is to survive and reach the pickup point.
Now I will freely admit that I am crap at this game LOL so I don’t know if it is a satisfactorily hard mission but it has taken me several tries to get through while actively trying to destroy targets. So please feel free to leave constructive criticism as I would love to know what to do better.
The mission has been built with mid to low end performance in mind (as far as I am able due to total lack of scripting skill) so it should run ok as far as FPS goes. I get an average of 40 and a low of about 30. On my system.
Update Info
Removed ai spawned hint.
Added the ability of the flak crews to get out and defend area when player group within close
range.
Added reinforcements for the village when player is detected.

Installation
Simply unzip and place in your missions folder
Eg: Local Disk (c)/Program Files/Bohemia Interactive/ArmA2/Missions
You will then find it in Single player/ Scenarios.
