Thread: Patch order

    Question Patch order

I have A2, OA, BAF and PMC. What is the path of least steps installing them and updating without superfluous reinstalls and patches?

Install Arma 2. Install Operation Arrowhead to that same folder. Install BAF, Install PMC.

Download OA 1.59 Full and it'll have patches for the latest of everything (IIRC)

If I'm wrong, somebody correct me.

    Missions/Gamemodes - F.U.B.A.R. (WIP)
Mods/Addons - Green Sea Conflict (WIP)

Thats not true, the Arma 2: OA patch also patches A2, BAF and PMC if needed!

Make sure to also apply Arma 2 patch 1.10 after installing Arma 2: OA patch 1.59.
Some usefull info and easy to view list of required patches can be found here:

Also, if my memory server me right there is an issue with the 1.59 patch. It seems to miss an ammocrate from the PMC or the BAF DLC (sorry, cant remember the specifics). In case you meet an error, as in not seeing an ammocrate in game while your buddies can, you should apply the DLC (BAF or PMC) patch seperatly!

Forgot to mention A2 1.10, I was just assuming that he'd only be playing CO.

Actually they are not two different games, since you can (better: must) merge them (although you can have both as a stand-alone) and have ANY Takistan-, US-, British- and PMC-related unit, weapon and object on ANY map (Chernarussia, Utes, Desert, Shapur, Proving Grounds, Takistan, Zargabad).
