Turning off tracers

Dear forum members,

I had a question about tracers in Resistance. I was looking for a way to disable ALL default bullet tracers in the game. when i turn it off in the difficulty menu, some weapons just keep having them the way they did. Now i was wondering, is there a way to turn them off alltogether? (including guns in tanks, planes ect.)

I couldn't find a way to turn them all off. You probably have to edit some script to do it.
I think the A.I. uses the tracers to zero in on your position too....so I see you would want to turn them off, same with people.
