    "Failed to load mission"

    I had to delete a required addon that was there because of a module placed down. Removed it in required and automatic addons and also removed it further on down the list. Now I get this error. Here is my mission.sqm if anyone could figure it out:

    You should remove it from required and automatic addons.... and further down you have to replace it.... not remove it!

    EDIT: Just trying to read that wall of text...and there is no easy way to know what you removed!

    My experience is that if you remove it from the "other" further down text you will screw up the mission.sqm file and it will be almost impossible to fix. I'm sure if you struggle enough you probably can fix it.... but this is easier...

    The best thing to do if the addons are actually used in the mission is to replace them... then delete them once you can load the mission into the editor..

    For instance if you had an addon Hummer in the mission which was My_HMMWV_TOW and you wanted to get rid of it... just replace it with an original HMMWV_TOW and then you can load the mission in the editor and delete the item.

    Didn't work. I don't understand how this won't work without the module. It was a simple module that allowed me to go in and save the current position of a unit and paste it into there INIT for better placing of units. It wasn't synched with any unit.

    EDIT:

    Does anyone have a clue? Mission took awhile to make and it would be horrible if I had to start over.
