I got right up to the windows of both the lower and upper decks and I can see seats in the restaurant, and what looks like interior models on the upper deck above the restaurant. I should check the middle elevations too. The lower elevation looks pretty close.

One flaw - the restaurant is not rotating. The real thing rotates while you eat so you have a new view every minute. You get a 360 rotation in the restaurant every 1 hour.

As for the interior, I am guessing we will be able to go to the top on foot with the detail I see inside. Someone spent s a good deal of time modelling that thing.

If you can get inside the thing, I'm guessing that's why it doesn't rotate.
