Thread: Patch 1.60 - The Good News and The Bad News

  1. #71
Thanks a lot, it's a good news anyway. Even if we have to wait until we get our hands on.

Excellent news. Managed to dislocate both my shoulders on holiday, so I don't mind the delay as PC gaming (and working) is off the cards until October sometime!

I am missing playing Arma, and testing all those betas, but look forward to the fact that 1.6 will be great.

If you want stuff from TKOH, buy TKOH (and perhaps ArmA 3)

I know what I would like to have: Object View Distance slider. But somehow I think that the Devs are not Fans of this Idea...

Warping is all but taken care of BTW in the latest betas.

Kind of a weird necro for this thread...

In regards to Object View Distance, it would have to be a server-side thing, as obviously it would create an unfair advantage in MP for some players. I'd love to have it, but...just saying.

Looking at the remaining list of regressions and incomplete fixes (recently updated by Suma), it looks like we're finally getting close to a proper release. Perhaps even this week?

It would be great to finally get a full patch out.

I think they will do it when they finish the list. There are still some very important Tickets there

Of course. But note that there are only two items left there, one of which (the invisible tracers bug) seems fairly trivial.

The full patch definitely seems to be getting closer.
