Vehicles move choppy. AI not capable of driving smooth?

Hey guys,

I am trying to start simple and am trying to create a Humvee convoy consisting of 4 humvees being driven by bots.

Now I gave them simple move orders along a straight road. (I have tried using only one Waypoint and multiple ones)

The problem is.

They cant just drive down the road with out driving into the grass or stopping every 15m and not to mention keeping their spacing.

How do I make them move as smoothly as ive seen it being done in other tutorials?
