I like the struggling business idea. Reminds me of the good ole days of games like SimCity and all the Tycoon games like Detroit etc. It would be fun if you have to save the company and turn a profit maybe by managing the costs of things like a Tycoon game, but you also get to be involved in all the flying yourself. Putting out fires, police chases, following criminals etc, rescuing people, sightseeing, medevac etc..

I would highly appreciate if someone could tell me the helicopter types we've already seen in the screens ( i know the models were slightly changed but they are inspired by the real ones)

As far as i can tell from the screens..

    MD520N
    UH-1Y
    EH-1? Merlin
I think the fat huey is the B406, but im sure someone will correct me.
After becoming a Liberated Guerilla, I have now found peace and serenity with all that is.

The moment when you check the BIS forums and realise Rock hasnt updated his Tornado thread :-(

err no, a MD520N is the no tail rotor type which also has the pointy nose like the MD500E etc.

it is most likely an MD500D (type 369D)

How about the sound engine? The trailer seems to play stereo files. Is this a confirmed feature or a "trailer trick"?
    Regards
Carl Gustaffa - left this game due becoming Steam Exclusive

FYI, there is no such thing as a Bell 421. It looks to be based mainly on the Bell 412 with a few UH-1Y features like winglets and engine cowlings. A Bell 406 is actually the Bell designation for what is almost always known as OH-58D (US Army Designation).

A little trick that usually works with Bell Helicopters, if it has 2 blades, the designation will start with 2:
    205 (Huey)
    206 (Jetranger)
    206L (Longranger)
    209 (Cobra)
    212 Twin engine Huey variant
    214 Huey on steroids

    4 Blades:
    406
    407
    412
417 (Twin 407 concept, never saw the light of day as far as I know)
    429

and @Carl That is exactly what caught my eye (ears)! Maybe we can get some info during GC on that

I am wondering what an armed private military contractor might do in the middle of Seattle ( could be the asian terrain aswell but the building makes me think its seattle)

The shining head might also be a helmet so the person could be a policemen which would answer the question

you can find the photo here
