Creating Objectives

i am new to ArmA and am currently working on a map involving destroying a base and whatnot

the players main objective is to clear a town and base (which are very close together) and an optional 3 encampments

i have no idea how to do this, and i also want to make a description for the map but don't know how to do that either

i plan on uploading this to ArmAHolic so anyone who helps me will get credit

so i guess you cant make objectives in arma?
