    CONSPIRACIES: Operation Evac

    Hi folks.

    This time I want to release a project in the conspiracies-universe by my own. Remember I had no help this time. I lay more focus on the gameplay this time, story is atm not that important. But I implemented some nice features I think. First it was a try-platform for myself. So I added some story and I think I can release it, before it falls under the desk and in the deep. If this project runs good and you mean it could be a thing that can be done better and bigger, say and I will. So see you all as an alpha/beta/final-tester. But let's come to buisnis:



    The key-features in Version 1.0:


    - A working Skill-Level modul
    >>> If you get more IGP (Ingame Points) you will level up, that means: new fortifications for your hideout, cars, teammates or weapons. You will earn IGP's by completing missions, kill enemies, find secrets or new places. You can level up till Level 20.


    - Anomalies
    >>> At the moment I have only one more the less working anomaly. This is an gravity anomaly. If you go in there, a sound appears and you will be kicked into the sky.


    - 7 Main-Missions (MM)
    >>> That means this missions are storydriven. You will need to complete these to end the game. This missions give more IGP when completing.


    - 6 Additional-Missions (AM)
    >>> That means this missions are additional and were no MUST to complete. But they bring additional IGP's.


    - Blackout's
    >>> ATM very simple. Just a sound and whitened display. But nevertheless scary at night.


    - A working sleeping modul
    >>> This time you will HAVE to sleep. Otherwise you can die. Like known, the time skips 4 hours when sleeping. You can only sleep/rest on places where you have a roof above you or what is safe.


    - Radiation
    >>> The whole gameworld is conterminated. Find a way through the radiation, if you are too close you can die instantly.





    Short storyline: My name is Scott Shelby. I am an agent of the CIA. My actual mission is to find out where Section-9 is located.
    Section-9 is an russian bunker project. I am not sure about the fact but it is big. We have to know why they build
    something big. Why are they scared. About what? Maybe they plan a new cold war? We have to know what is going on there.
    At the moment the USA is not fit enought to begin a new war. Espacially not against the russian. Years ago, the russian rebuildet the powerplant for new research about the nuclear power and the human beeing.
    Maybe they did not stop this project. However... We will see i think...

    01. ANOMALIES

    In Version 1.0 we only have one anomaly we have to watch for. Scan your environment to see where such a Gravity-Anomaly is located. You have only one choice, not to run into. It kills instantly. Search for cars or other thing which wee moving through the air to see their location.
    Version 1.03: Now also an time-anomaly has been added. It will slow down the time to slowmotion. Try to run out to get a normal time.


    02. AM - ADDITIONAL MISSIONS

    Additonal Missions can be found everywhere on the map. Speak with people, find new places or secrets and you will get a new AM automatically. Complete AM's and you will earn IGP's. These missions has nothing to do with the storyline.


    03.ENEMIES

    Your enemies can be: -russian soldiers, -ukraine soldiers, -russian special forces ,-stalkers ,-dogs ,-helicopter ,-tanks and a secret organisation. Kill the to earn IGP's. You will get 200IGP's for killing a soldier or dog. 1000 for destroy an tank or helicopter and 600 for a not armored vehicle.
    Version 1.03: New you also have bloodsuckers as an enemy. They are only attacking when come to close to them. Keep distance and they are harmless.


    04. HIDEOUT

    Your hideout is your territory. This is the place where you start the game. You can upgrade your hideout with several fortification objects like bunkers, MG's and Anti-Tank/Air devices. Also this is the place where you can get healed up to 100% without sleeping or resting. Also every earned reward of the level-ups goes here. So check it out if you level up.


    05. IGP's INGAME POINTS

    This is what you will need. If you want to successfully complete the game you have no other choice but level up and create your own troops with powerful equipment. You will get these points when killing enemies, complete missions, find new places and finding secrets.


    06. MM - MAIN MISSIONS

    These mission were storydriven. You will have to complete all to end the game. Main Missions gives more IGP when completing because they are not easy and you will need a specific skill-level to complete them. You will get your first MM when you start the game.


    07. RADIATION

    The whole gameworld is conterminated. So watch your geiger-counter and try not to die. We have 4 different stages of radiation in the game. Stage 01: low radiation (not dangerous), Stage 02: high radiation (could be dangerous), Stage 03: ciritcal radiation (leads to death), Stage 04: instant death.


    08. SKILL-LEVEL

    If you reach a new skill-level you will get new equip for you and your hideout. We have 20 levels. Here a list:
    Level 01 - 200IGP's
    Level 02 - 1000IGP's
    Level 03 - 2000IGP's
    Level 04 - 4000IGP's
    Level 05 - 8000IGP's
    Level 06 - 12000IGP's
    Level 07 - 16000IGP's
    Level 08 - 20000IGP's
    Level 09 - 25000IGP's
    Level 10 - 30000IGP's
    Level 11 - 35000IGP's
    Level 12 - 40000IGP's
    Level 13 - 50000IGP's
    Level 14 - 60000IGP's
    Level 15 - 70000IGP's
    Level 16 - 80000IGP's
    Level 17 - 90000IGP's
    Level 18 - 100000IGP's
    Level 19 - 120000IGP's
    Level 20 - 150000IGP's


    09. SLEEPING/RESTING

    You are able to sleep and skip the time for 4 hours. But you cannot sleep everywhere. Only on urban areas, or tents, or hideout. Your health will be recovered to 100%.


    10. TOTEMS

    At the moment not that interessting. You can restore your health when going there till 80%. We have 30 totems on the map.

    HOW TO INSTALL UPDATES:

    unpack rar and put the COE.pbo to your campaignfolder of Conspiracies Operation Evac.

    unpack to COECOOP.eden.pbo to your mpmission folder (hint see above)

    unpack COELoading.pbo to your addonfolder of COE!

    So this is more of a user mission than an addon though?

    Atm I am working on new Addons espacially weapons which I will implement with the version 1.01. SO it will definitly habe OWN addons. But see it as an addon-pack atm with version 1.0.

    PS:
    The campaign is available as a light or full version.
    The full version contains all required addons (334mb) where the light version contains only the campaign (20mb) so you only need to download those addons you do not already have.

    I only just started this campaign - it looks good, but I have a couple of initial problems. Put them in spoilers as they might be erm, spoilers!

    Have you downloaded the pack or the single addons?
    And yes you should have one. Try to press "L"
