Mission request for pro's

this must be a challenge:

To create a huge city, not als big as the island but big enough for a war. Lots of soldiers in the city, no tanks because it must be realistic: tanks r to vulnerable in city's. Light armored vehicles should do the trick. Some snipers maybe and use youre own inspiration for more cool stuff? what about it?

Or does something like this already exists?

guess thats why all the towns on the maps are small
