i dont see any games in MP lobby anymore

i was playing some multiplayer game some time ago and my internet quit on me (technical problems) and the first time i entered multiplayer after i got my internet fixed i saw no games, i checked if i was in lan area, and i switched it it lan and back to the internet, but still no games, not a single one. What might be the problem?

Also when i played multiplayer before, despite having reasonable ping, in the 50-80 range, i still saw all other players jerking severely as if my ping or thier ping was very high, but all our pings were below 100, is that normal or maybe it can be fixed somehow? Cause with them jerking like that, i dont know where to shoot to hit them, when they move its like they teleport for short distances

Check the multiplayer lobby filters and the lag could be caused by lack of CPU/GPU power to run the game on what settings they are on.
