damage texture issue

hi i am having little problems with implementing damage maps i know Arma1 and A2 is bit diffrent i dont know where i am messing up i read tut. it might be outdated for ARMA2

can these work without hit points

do i have to define it in model cfg and config ( i am sure config yes)

i am 90% sure i dont have to add it in model somewere

but correct me if i am wrong

please help me or give me tut. that's good for arma2

thanks Gnat the elder statesman of community always sets youngling to right direction hhehe(trying to be educamateded)

EDIT: well my problem i was making NOHQ with diff. tool not with TEXVIEW2 altough i was saving it with TEXVIEW2 i just compressed it as 24 bit issue solved
