ARMA 2 FPS Problem

Hi Guys, I just got this card yesterday and it's working great with all other games, though there is a problem with the drivers, on the exact same video settings of my ATI HD 4350, where it used to run at 25-30 FPS, now the 5670 cannot exceed 25, its always stuck at 25 FPS, no matter what the settings. I put it to very high, medium, low, exactly 24 FPS. I'm guessing its MP only because in SP i get 40-60 FPS. Anyone know a solution to this?

Well in multiplayer I have almost 30 FPS all the time so I guess most of the people are getting low FPS in MP mode.
