Addon, a mod changes a mechanic in the game whereas an addon is content.
Just a silly question but is the mig 29 ready to be downloaded yet? I seen on youtube where someone already had a mig 29 on their game. I been looking for a mig 29 forever.
If it would be available for download, this thread would be in Addons&Mods:Complete.
The CSLA Mod has a MiG-29, that's probably the one you've seen.

2 questions though:
will it be addon free, or will it require mando missiles and/or glt missiles box?
and, if i've correctly watched your pictures, it seems that your plane doesn't have flares. do you plan to add some?
last question: will there be afterburner?

It will be addon free. To be exact it will not demand smth to run.
It has flares if you mean countermeasures by them. Standard OA flares.
There's classic afterburner already.
