ACE Fastroping not working for meh

hey all, just like to say this is my first post...ever lol. i like to use this forum as a goldmine of info for my Arma II needs. But now i have been searching for a couple days now and i havent found anything to help me with a certain issue ive been having.

whenever i run a mission in the editor (just a FR Team, Knighthawk, and a ropebox) im NEVER able to get the option to fastrope, ive tried almost everything. (pilot, crew chief, gunner, cargo section) with no luck.

im wondering if this has something to do with another issue im having with ace - sometimes i get all the normal interaction menu items, when im on a smaller mission, but on a larger one that has a lot of init lines in its objects/units, really the only thing i can do in my self interaction menu is turn my flashlight on and off. im wondering, does this have something to do with the init.sqf thats not letting ACE initialize correctly? idk. soo i ask you fine people

i run mod=@CBA;@CBA_A2;@ACE;@ACEX;@zcommon_ace;@ACEX_SM

any clue, hint, f*ck off would be appreciated. thanks!

And you might want to actually have a rope in your inventory as well.

It's hard to tell because very few people actually use ACE 1.3, most switched over to OA and latest ACE version, where I have used fast roping successfully several times.
