No Radar in vehicles

I hate radar in tanks because it make battles unrealistic.
I made simple mod that disabled RADAR in vehicles except anti-air vehicles (eg. shilka). I have played it for half year and it seems to be ok.
features:
- disabled radar in vehicles
- lower AI aiming accuracy
- lower AI aiming speed
- increased spot distance – AI can see further
- increased spot time – AI can notice enemy faster
- increased tank sensitivity - better they can see
- increased vehicles sensitivity in Stryker and BRDM2

I have read above information and link also contain informative info, some radar devices have been banned because they transmit scrambling radar beams toward the police car waiting.
