Script works in Arma 3. Just change the path \ca\data\cl_basic to \A3\data_f\cl_basic

4,6,0 = Move-direction-speed (x,y,z) - same effect as wind, but constant and adjustable(acts only when the wind effect is 'false')

Just for info, on Takistan Arma 3 (AiA version) this parameter is acting like y,x,z and not like x,y,z. I haven't tested it on other maps.

army0104, I'm using this script with success in A3 but you have to apply the update mentionned by Scorpio-Inquisitor.

I have not tested it in A2.
