    Hello everybody, here is Sarugao 2.0 with CWR2 buildings and trees. Sarugao, OFP made by Schusch, convert for Arma2OA by Hotzenplotz.

    REQUIRED ADDONS: Arma2, OA,cwr2_buildings,cwr2_buildings_config,cwr2_plant s,cwr2_furniture,hotze_base.

    Version : 2.0 "Stand-Alone" without CWR2 addons, use for all the have CWR2 already : http://armaisland.info/downloads/Sarugao 2.0 - Standalone.7z

    Note: When playing with CWR2, you only need "hotze_base" and the included "hotze_saru" to be started along with CWR2.


    (*): When playing without CWR2: You need to copy these files from the CWR2 Mod into your desired Modfolder including this Island.
    -> Make sure you don't overwrite "cwr2_furniture" and "cwr2_buildings_config" files, since the included files are CWR2-stand-alones (so you don't have to start the whole CWR2 Mod).

    Hi Hotzenplotz,

    All the islands go well with my Nogovan Mod, i was wondering could you add a runway to the Kolgujev Island and perhaps make some of the villages not destroyed in a new version, so that is a rebuilt modern Kolgujev?

    Hi R0adki11 , yes i will later updated the Kolgujev2010 with a Airport on the Island in the Southeast. It is a not a Original duplicated Kolgujev , is only my style old Ofp Island to rebuild.

    @Hotzenplots,

    About the airfield: May I suggest it to remain be a grass-strip able to handle C-130 Hercules planes? If you wish to consider, it would greatly add to NAF-mod's storyline for Kolgujev being a poor but rebuilding island. No full flung airport yet, more an airfield I figure.
    As for the rest of the island, are you going to add objects or roads that would suggest a still poor, but slowly growing economy? If so: I would also like to suggest making the island's southern Volcano-depth (on your island Kolgu Hill) into a gravelpit as it's dead long since. (save for some nukes, I'd never seen it errupt in OFP and Arma 2.)

    Another possibillity could be to add a few oil-rigs off-shore into the ocean flats surrounding the island. (as alike those found on Martin's Taviana, off-shore, south-southeast of Sabina city - if no copyright rests on it.)
    That way it would add to the storyline that gas and oil is found in deposits underground.
    And perhaps even a woodcutter/logger's camp would do aswell in order to have the rebuilding of the island supposedly be as cheap as possible. (by partially deforesting the island's woodlands because logs would otherwise be costly to import by air or sea.)

    Other then that, I think with those things added you cover a believable local economy, which could be hinted at through placing such passive objects around.

    How and where, and ofcourse if, is all up to you. But you'll have my thanks in advance, and hopefully I don't sound like a rude d**k, because ofcourse it ain't no "ask-and-get" here. It's merely meant as a friendly suggestion, that's all.

    Here the new Island Trinity. A nice Island from the good old OFP time. The builder of the OFP island was Buggs. I would like to thanks, for permission to convert in Arma 2 style.

    Another thanks goes to CWR 2 Team, for the nice Mod and for me the possibility to create the island with this.
