COOP Grozny, Checnya 1995

i made a huge historical coop mission for [LOL] MP coop server some months ago.
based on chechnyan war 1. in 1994-1995.

in this mission im used original modeled footage in intro and original radioconversation from grozny battlefield.
enemies are the regular russian army and special OMON troops both addons we have in addonpacks.
we are the insurgent chechen "terrorists" who starting to free the capital Grozny.
(im not committed for chechens or russians! no politics!)
im used [LOL] addons only so please do not search original chechen rebels addons in it.
im used WYW soldiers to modell chechen unregular units:

u need a medium PC to run this mission well, with 30-35 fps
(my PC: weak dualcore with 2GB RAM and GT9800 video)
im used lot of performance booster "things" like gravedigger, del_body, del_trigger and ammobug cleaner scripts. thanks for suggestions and scrips for Nikiller and Mad Max.
mission also contains:
-Ammobug cleaner script by Mad Max
-Spectate mod v1.4 by Kegetys
-Static fire effect by General Barron
-Alive check script
-ECP compatible
-Neverending realistic (but not disturbing) battle noise
-Triggered russian taunts and commands from Libmod (? or from some other WW2 mod, sorry don't remember well)
and built a local train transit line with 3 stops by me
etc.
mission made est. 3 weeks long.
veteran mode only, 1 life, no respawn.

Brief:

Fight for your capital Grozny against russian agressors.
-free the whole city
-destroy russian main HQ
-kill russian army leader
-liberate the parliament.

HINT: The First Chechen War, also known as the War in Chechnya, was a conflict between the Russian Federation and the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, fought from December 1994 to August 1996. After the initial campaign of 1994–1995, culminating in the devastating Battle of Grozny, Russian federal forces attempted to seize control of the mountainous area of Chechnya but were set back by Chechen guerrilla warfare and raids on the flatlands in spite of Russia's overwhelming manpower, weaponry, and air support. The resulting widespread demoralization of federal forces, and the almost universal opposition of the Russian public to the conflict, led Boris Yeltsin's government to declare a ceasefire in 1996 and sign a peace treaty a year later. The official figure for Russian military death toll is 5,500, while most estimates put the number between 3,500 and 7,500, or even as high as 14,000. Although there are no accurate figures for the number of Chechen militants killed, various estimates put the number at about 3,000 to over 15,000 deaths. Various figures estimate the number of civilian deaths at between 30,000 and 100,000 killed and possibly over 200,000 injured, while more than 500,000 people were displaced by the conflict, which left cities and villages across the republic in ruins.

Anyone else dled this Ive had a ton of problems since I have don't know if its related but it happened right after I installed the addons.

To start with this a multiplayer coop mission made for the LOL clan server.

Put the mission in the MPMissions folder and launch OFP with a shortcut to load the LOL addons. Then go to the multiplayer screen in the game and click on "New". This with start the local host mode where you can play the mission. Go to Chenobyl island and you'll find the misison. Slot your self as leader and start the mission. I'm not sure this was setup for AI so you may find you self playing alone. Or just join the LOL funhouse server and you can play all the great missions there and maybe you'll have some team mates to play with.

It's a very fun map and there are lots of weapons in the game that you can use.

Ok I think I messed up ofp by bunging all the addons in my addon folder as opposed to making a shortcut.
Basicly I tried playing it using ffur 2007 and it was very slow I figured it would run faster in standard ofp however when I started ofp I got a black screen instead of the standard ofp title then I got a frozen version of the desert island animation and no menu

Un and re-installed ofp and it works fine Ill give the mission another go.
