"You have no access rights to install the application"

So I recently bought a brand new computer from Best Buy, bought ARMA 2: CO, brought it home to download, and it tells me "you have no access rights to install the application"? I have an HP Pavilion Elite with the Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-930 Processor, 64-bit Windows 7 OS, a TB of HD space, etc...basically a good top of the line computer. I don't seem to understand the problem I'm having because I read on here that people are playing the game in Windows 7 with no difficulties at all! It said that the game is incompatible with my computer somehow and I'm at a blank as to WHY...can anyone assist me in this problem? Thanks a bunch!!!

P.S. I've tried running it as administrator, using the backwards compatible program, checked for solutions online and none of them work...

Ok so, if you have opened the DVD drive in explorer and clicked on setup.exe using "run as administrator" and that still doesn't work then Windows is messed up. Do you still have the distribution disk for Windows 7? If nothing works then it could be something got screwed up during the imaging process at HP.
Incidentally you don't mention what graphics card you have, I know it's not relevant to this particular problem but you say you bought an HP which suggests to me the gfx could well be lacking.
I refuse to enter into a battle of wits with you. It's against the rules of engagement to attack someone who is unarmed.

    Here are my computer specs:

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80 GHz
    Installed RAM: 8.00 GB DDR3
    System type: 64-bit Operating System
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5770 w/ 1GB DDR5 dedicated graphics memory
Windows Edition: Windows 7 Home Premium

The thing is this is the only game I'm having trouble with. All my other games downloaded fine and are working great. I've got Flight Simulator X, The Sims 3, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2, and Need for Speed Shift. I've literally run out of options...I've called HP support but all their technicians are in freakin India so half the time I can't understand a damn thing they are saying, I've tried downloading it from a site LEGALLY and nothing...still the same problems.
