Thread: German army mod news

  1. #1
I know there has already been a thread about the German Army Mod, but I was unable to find it, so I started a new one.

The Mod-Team released the first ingame-screens of the Leopard 2A4:

Keep in mind, those are still betas.

I guess they are still working on the textures since this is afaik the first test how it looks ingame.

Cool... How big is it compared to the m1a1 ?

Both IRL and in the game?

    Just curious

Great! I was wondering when we were going to see some German units. The Leopard is a great MBT. I'm no tanker but I'd say it is a better match for the M1A1 than the T-80.

Actually during a training the Leopard 2 kicked the ass of the M1A1. But of course thats a training

It all comes down to the crew manning it. Without a good crew, both the Leopard 2 and the M1A1 are just two very heavy roadblocks.

Is it just me or do you wish people would just call units their name, and not put their clan/mod-team name in front of it (i.e. BW-Mod Leopard2 A4). I think it looks a bit tacky ingame. I know teams are justifiably proud of their creations....oh well.
