red hammer lost weapon pool

I have that goty version and i heard that in resistance there may be the missing weapon pool but i didn't hear that it is also in red hammer. After i came to the fourth or fifth level, i noticed that i don't have any weapon pool i only take the default weapons(I'm now on 18th level and i always took default weapons). Why is that?? Is it a bug??

There is not weapon pool in Red Hammer campaign, this is as it should be, never designed to have it.
