Now we all know that the best games are ones that aren't advertised at all.
So name a PC game that you want others to know about.
I vouch for:
Global Operations - A first-person-shooter that stresses weapon realism.
Gothic - An RPG that blends adventure with pure medevil action. ***With realistic and independant AI.
Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast - A Star Wars game that isn't that far from reality.
-
Operation Flashpoint.
-
Gothic
LBA 2 - an oldie, but a goldie
OFP

Come on.
The mere thought of being left out from a great game makes me sad. (
)
Every day, FilePlanet gets good looking game demos.
As much as I'd like to try them all, I just can't!
Like today. There's a demo called "Sudden Strike 2". Is that any good? It looks good. But I'm not going to waste my time downloading it if it sucks.

B17 Flying Fortress 2: The Mighty Eight,
because it mixes simulation with role playing aspects, it really gives you the impression of being there. Flak bursts are the best i´ve seen in any sim yet, if coming under fighter attacks it´s just like you might recall them from movies like Memphis Belle.
You can man any of the stations in the fort, from bombardier, navigator, pilot, Copilot to gunners. You can order your men to give first aid to wounded crewmembers, or to extinguish onboard fires, assign them to take over positions of disabled crewmembers. Choose if you want to play as Squadron commander, or Captain of a single ship, in either case you manage aspects of your unit, either your crew or the whole squadron, including personal and bombers.

That looks amazing!!!
Is it out?
-
Actually it´s around since november 2000
,
guess it´s on budget already, you should be able to get it at a fraction of it´s original price.

Mobile Forces - It's like blending CounterStrike with OFP.
It makes a good intsant gratification game ,as you don't have the same headaches as with OFP multiplayer.
Plus you can drive a hummer with guys shooting from inside it.
Looks very cool!!!
