Combined Ops

I have DVD versions of ARMA 2 and OA, they are both installed into the same Arma 2 folder and they both work OK. I don't know if I am overlooking something but if I click on the Combined Ops icon in the start menu the game starts up and I can only play OA. If I then want to play vanilla Arma 2 I have to shut the game down and click on the ARMA 2 icon in the start menu.

I was under the impression that when combined ops was started I could choose whether I wanted to play ARMA 2 or OA in game.

When I start Combined ops, in the main menu I have the expansions option which gives me ARMA 2 , OA and now the british option but whichever one I click on it just throws me into the OA game in Takistan.
