Hello to all players of Armed Assault. The team (FeudeDaisy, famas80 and myself) is pleased to announce the release soon of MAF mod (Mod French Army) on ArmA Armed Assault and perhaps ArmA II at the same time.

I am not sure what it will contain, but here are some screenshots of our work.

Magnifique, Superbe!

Thanks Loick - best of luck to you and your team! I loved (and love) using the Frenchpoint guys and weaps - but it was a shame that the vehicles, air and armour never made it to ArmA.

I agree with the other post - some SF vehicles, APCs and trucks would be cool!

I'm still playing ArmA and haven't gone to ArmA2 - so thanks for thinking of us minority players too!

Merci!

Stewy

Thank you for your encouragement Stewy, it is true that the Francophone community of ArmA Armed Assault is forgotten.

For your eyes, here are four new screenshots of our latest addons made in the week :D

They look great Loick! But don't the French desert uniforms have long sleeves instead of short sleeves?

The textures and trucks look superb! :)

Cheers and thanks!

Oups :j: Oh yes, indeed, the French army often uses long sleeves.

There will certainly change ;)

Thank you for noticing :)

needs more white flags.

Oooh that's witty, must be the first time I hear that joke!

Interesting kind of humor showing a perceptive, sharp mind.

@Loick : Why not retexturing the soldiers in your first post for the desert units?

great to see that mods are still being develloped for Arma 1.

about the fouga magister in the first post, is that a belgian roundel on its wings?

also will the magisters be armed?

keep on working on the mod and make something nice out of it that people who havent moved to Arma 2 can still play.

Thank you guys

No no, the roundel is that of the French Air Force :D

also will the magisters be armed?.

No, sorry, since the French Air Force has used the Fouga CM170 Magister in flight school.

Otherwise, here are some new in weeks. The FAMAS.

Looking good Loick! :)

Say, will you be releasing one large "mod" with everything included or smaller "packs" - like vehicle pack, air pack, soldier pack, weapons pack, etc?

Thanks for the update! :)

Not being the leader of the project, I can not tell you officially, but I think that the addons are in packs. ;)
