ArmA 2 Combined Operations

I got my coby of Combined Operations and it's lagging bad, so I went to opitions, than game options than messed up the Quality thing, the Inturface thing and the 3D resolution, and the lag is annoying. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Interface you probably don't need to change...
3D you want at your desktop or LCD's natural resolution... though you might find a different one works better.

Define lag?
Disable Shadows & Post processing.. see if that helps anything..
AA at disabled or x2/low or very low.. forget what it is..

Mouse: turn off the head bob and/or smoothing and/or aiming deadzone, might also help..

The lagg like the figers are glowing there color and it skips but you still play it, like a xbox360 lag that kind of lag and can you tell me what your 3D reolution is and your Interface is? You can find on ArmA 2 main menu options than video options.

Well I will get to the picture stuff later I want to fix the lag it's in MP SP and in the editor.
