Island editing help needed

Can somebody make me a template island if I give them a island picture as Paint BMP/JPG File?

Do I need to unpack the PBO files so I can try to use that Visitor tool also?

Inside P3D model config files are those tags. How to register a tag for own models?

make sure your pic is 512x512 or 256x256 etc .....

Hey thanks. I will post a link someday so you can download a pic from that link. I just tried to use that Wrptool. So many things you need to do with it. Placing objects, textures, roads ... phew. What a job there. Now I see what kind of work it is to make addon for ofp .

I am here with much the same question (I don't want to litter forum with new threads). When I tried Visitor either I did not understood it, or my windows hates me (using Windows 7, and I saw quite a some, and stupid limitations when comes to modification/programming. Or maybe it's just me). Anyway, I wanted to ask how hard would it be to make an island of about 35Km2? And could anybody do this for me if I would provide picture and description? Thanks for attention.
