Windowed Mode with correct ratio for my resolution

Hi,

I want to play A2OA in a windowed mode at a resolution of 1024x768 with correct aspect ratio. How should I edit my conf. files? I don't know what most of these values do...

No windowed mode resolution control seem to work now. I tried both the startup parameters (-window -x=1024 -y=768) and the arma 2.cfg options.
