FYI, yes, it's very easy for a hacker to change his player ID since it's not computed on the server but only reported by the client when entering a server.
The solution is to use the BE GUID for player identification and banning, as it is based on the (validated) cd-key and entirely computed on the server.

My friend installed and played arma 2 OA on my computer through his steam, and i bought Dayz but now i have deleted everything reinstalled it and i still have his Player id and am unable to play DayZ someone please help.
